Do It Today: Blood Into Wine, hump-day happy hours

Tampa Bay Uncorked and Tampa Theatre present a special reception and one-night-only engagement of the documentary Blood Into Wine.

The film tells the story of Maynard James Keenan, the front man of the rock bands Tool, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer, who abruptly left L.A. in the mid 90s to start a world-class vineyard in Arizona. He founded Caduceus Cellars with Eric Glomski, his business partner (pictured, right). The film has cameos by Bob Odenkirk, Patton Oswalt, Milla Jovavich and Fairuza Balk. Purchase tickets online at$20 per person for pre-film reception and movie ticket, wines by the glass and cash bar. 6 p.m. 711 N. Tonight and tomorrow, the ?Toasted Pheasant Bistro, 14445 N. Dale Mabry, Tampa, serves half-priced house wines as well as one free appetizer plate per table (with purchase of entrée) all night.
