Word is there are concerts on both sides of the bay tonight. Lovely CL music critic Leilani Polk provides info about a couple of 'em:
Nashville's Lady Antebellum performs at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. The country pop trio has only been active four years, but already won all manner of awards, including a 2009 Grammy for I Run to You off their 2008 eponymous debut. This tour is in support of their second album, 2010s Need You Now.
Celebrate Skippers Smokehouse's 30th Anniversary Week with Shaun Hopper, Christie Lenee, Sleepless Nite and Halcyon. The first in a six-night series of Skipperdome concerts which commemorate the venues third decade of existence with 30 top-notch local and regional artists performing over the six-night celebration kicks off with singer-songwriter fare headed up by local folk favorites Halcyon. Admission is free all throughout.
