100 SPF fun in St. Pete: The 27th Annual Cool Art Show keeps growing, offering contemporary and traditional art from 80 local and statewide artists. Handcrafted visual and functional works will be available for sale in paint, wood, ceramics, photography, metal, glass, mixed media and jewelry. On Saturday, at the Nova 535, The St. Pete Indie Market Bazaar has it made in the shade this month for a large pet- and family-friendly indoor market. Some vendors will be set up in the venue's bamboo garden, and food trucks and mobile shops will also be on site. Sea senior: Sing Happy Birt hday to the world’s oldest living manatee at a free outdoor festival and get more than half off indoor admission to the South Florida Museum, where beloved Snooty lives.  Snooty’s 67th Birthday Bash and Wildlife Festival celebrates the first manatee born in captivity. All-day reduced admission prices to the Museum, Aquarium and Planetarium are $9 for adults, $8 for seniors (65 and over), $7 for children ages 4-12; under 4 are free with a paying adult. ArtPool's 8th Annual Trashion Fashion Show  More than 30 artists repurpose unorthodox materials to create avant garde clothing designs that will be strutted on a makeshift runway. All ages can attend this trashy event. (Never thought I'd say that in writing.) Because we heart critters: On Caturday, err, Saturday, July 18, from 3 to 6 p.m., The Animal Coalition of Tampa and Blind Tiger Cafe will co-present Tampa’s First Cat Cafe. The Pop-up Cat Cafe will feature cats from Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center, the county’s shelter, at The Blind Tiger Cafe, 1901 E. Seventh Ave., Tamp  The sassy performers at Hamburger Mary’s in Tampa will host a bingo night benefiting Friends of Strays animal shelter. Hosted by Miss Melanie Minyon, Drag Queens Unite for Homeless Animals invites you to play 10 games of bingo for $10.
