Jewish Tampa Events hosts this Hanukkah dinner party and book discussion of “Eight Heartbreaks of Hanukkah” by Jean Meltzer.

The book’s protagonist, Evelyn, is prepared to work through Hanukkah, producing a live-action televised musical of “A Christmas Carol.” But when an accident happens on set and her ex-husband has to become her doctor, the ghosts of her past lead her back to him.

Meltzer will sign books after the discussion.

Tickets are $36 for Jewish Book Festival—‘Eight Heartbreaks of Hannukah,’ happening Sunday, Dec. 7 at the Shanna & Bryan Glazer JCC in Tampa.
