The downtown St. Petersburg art-scene, while vibrant for years, has surged lately with the opening of the Chihuly Collection and tomorrow's unveiling of the new Dalí Museum. Through April, Marchand's Bar & Grill inside the Renaissance Vinoy & Golf Club will be offering a three-course meal inspired by both the new Dalí and the Chihuly, and it seems only fitting that one seed of the mini-metropolis' rebirth tip its hat to its new neighbors. As such, Marchand's is offering the following special menu, which pays homage to the opening of the original Dalí in 1925:

STARTER

Carrot-Ginger Bisque, Roasted Heirloom Tomato, Basily Puree, with Avocado Sphere and Baby Green, Gazpacho Vinaigrette
