Marie Kondo much? Take the things that spark joy to this tiny house in St. Petersburg

Always wanted to live in a tiny house? Here's a twee one for under $40,000.

If you're OD'ing on Marie Kondo right now, you might be thinking you can finally live in a tiny house with your small collection of things that spark joy.

And we've found you one — with a tiny price tag — in St. Petersburg. It's called Mystic Sea The Tiny, and if it looks familiar that's because it was one of the tiny homes in the Ruskin Tiny House Festival last year.

It comes with a loft...

A seating area (who hasn't always wanted a nook for reading?)...

And, well, if not all the comforts of home, well, definitely some comfort.

Don't forget the view...

Of course, if that view doesn't spark joy, you can change it, too. But if you've been watching Marie Kondo's Tidying Up and thinking of going minimalist, well, it doesn't get more minimalist than this.
