Every March, the City of Tampa holds its annual Women’s History Month celebration at the Tampa Bay History Center—and who better to be featured this year than Tampa Mayor Jane Castor (pictured on left), who’ll present the 2020 Josephine Howard Stafford Memorial Award to Jean Duncan, the City of Tampa’s Infrastructure and Mobility Administrator. The theme of this event—which is free and open to the public—is “Valiant Women of the Vote,” and features this year’s keynote speaker Pat Frank, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court and Comptroller.

Tues., March 3. 10:30 a.m. Free. Tampa Bay History Center, 801 Water St, Tampa. tampabayhistorycenter.org
