In honor of National Ice Cream Month, Tampa’s Museum of Science & Industry is treating guests to free samples of Blue Bell’s newest flavor, Caramel Kettle Crunch — sweet and salty kettle corn, smooth ice cream and a swirl of caramel. Fear not, vanilla lovers, because they'll be serving that, too. In addition to the free doses of brain freeze, museum-goers get a chance to learn about the Science of Freezing as MOSI’s InterActors demonstrate cryo freezing using liquid nitrogen (a word to the wise: don't stick your hand in it).
