Welcome to On the Radar, where we preview up-and-coming arts events to mark your calendar for. St. Petersburg’s well-loved theater company is at it again, and this time its new series involves local playwrights giving free readings of their new plays. Hot Off the Presses is a great opportunity for theater lovers, aspiring playwrights, and those with the knack for constructive evaluation, to hear and comment on the recent works of these talented minds. After each reading the audience gets to partake in a discussion with the author, and fill out an evaluation form to help the development of the play. Upcoming readings include
