Video games have evolved over the years, with the state of the art moving from two rectangles knocking around a square to realistic modern warfare simulations. Hollywood has long supported the video game industry, committing millions of dollars to adapting titles to the big screen. But has the maturity in video games helped or hindered their cinematic counterparts?
