So, yeah, there'll be no whips, chains, harnesses and complicated swings on display in chill-tastic Dunedin, but that would be an interesting mash-up of cultures and aesthetics, eh?

Instead, the reputed art complex will be showing more than 300 works representing 300-plus artists. So, big here means number, not size, with many, many paintings, jewelry items, pastels, colored pencil illustrations, watermedia works, 35-mm and digital photographs, clay pieces, prints, mixed media works, stone carvings and more.

DFAC Adult Education Director Catherine Bergmann curates. She has a lot to maintain. here, bless her soul.

The opening reception for the show will be on Fri., Feb. 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. Admission is $5, DFAC Members admitted Free, and works will be on display through April 13. Admission is free during gallery hours: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon.-Fri., 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sat. and 1-4 p.m. Sun. 1143 Michigan Blvd., Dunedin, 727-298-DFAC. dfac.org.
