So long, and thanks to the Todds

American Stage's Todd Olson and Tampa Museum of Art's Todd D. Smith announce their departures during the same week.

Usually when we think of the Todd, our minds go to an adult superstore in North Tampa. (Well, for some of us, anyway).

In Tampa Bay's arts scene we have "the Todds" — two cultural leaders who have announced their goodbyes this week within 48 hours of one another: Todd Olson and Todd D. Smith.

Read about more about Olson's departure from American Stage Theatre Company and Smith's resignation from the Tampa Museum of Art.

Thanks to both Todds for going above and beyond, carving out new peaks and terrain in Tampa Bay's cultural landscape.
