On Wednesday night in Oakland, the Tampa Bay Rays blasted four home runs en route to a 5-1 win in the American Wild Card Game at RingCentral Coliseum (video below).
With the victory, the Rays advance to the American League Divisional Series (ALDS) where the team will face the 2017 World Series Champion Houston Astros, in Texas, on Friday and Sunday for games one and two.
Game three of the ALDS happens at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg — where the Rays averaged 14,734 fans a game, the second lowest average game attendance in Major League Baseball — on Monday, October 7.
The ALDS is a five-game series, and the Rays will also play game four (if necessary) in St. Petersburg on Tuesday, October 8.
Tickets for ALDS games three and four go on sale Today, Thursday, October 3 at 4 p.m. via raysbaseball.com.
