Not to spoil anything, but Tampa Fringe’s “American Fever Dream” is set up as a game show where the rules are ever-changing and the audience calls the shots.

Speaking of spoilers, Nicole Crowther—Assistant Professor, Theatre and Dance at the University of Tampa—is also known for a famous social media post that disclosed information about the show “Glee” while she was working as an extra back in 2016.

From fumbling the details of Glee to leading a rule-bending voyage through the American Dream, she is certainly no stranger to going off-script, which should play well in this 18-and-up show that skewers the slippery concept of pursuing the American Dream.

Tickets to see “American Fever Dream” at Tampa Fringe starting Thursday, June 12 are still available and start at $12.
