The calendar says October, and that means… well, OK, it doesn’t exactly mean crisp temperatures and lots of bonfires, because this is Tampa Bay, after all… but it does mean Oktoberfests, food festivals, and more haunted ghostly horror events than you can shake a palm frond at.
