For the past 26 years, the Caribbean Culture Exchange (CCE) at the University of South Florida has invited young women to showcase not only their beauty and their grace but also their unique heritage at the Annual Miss International Pageant.

There are seven contestants for this year's big event on Saturday, April 9. The women represent Algeria, Argentina, Canada, Haiti, Ireland, Jamaica and Palestine.

The pageant will begin with the U.S. national anthem and continue with an opening number, cultural presentations, evening wear, a question and answer session and the crowning of Miss International 2011.
