Want to act on stage and in front of the camera? Here's a great start

The studio and theater run by Best of the Bay-winning acting coach Corinne Broskette has had some setbacks recently, but Broskette is not one to back down and the intrepid acting coach has reopenedand her Venue Actors Studio with a new slate of acting Classes and workshops for participants of all ages at Venue Actors Studio, beginning Sept. 7. 


Adult Actors meet on Monday and Wednesday, 7-10 p.m.; Teen Stars meet on Tuesdays, 6-8:30 pm starting Sept. 8; Saturday Workshops include Little Stars ages 4-7, on Sat. 10-11:30 a.m. Young Stars ages 8-15, Sat. noon-3 p.m. 

All workshops focus on professional level training for stage, TV and film with cold reading and audition skills, memorization and monologues, scenes and skits, improvisation, on camera feed back and presentation. No experience is needed to join a workshop. Fees apply.
