The Governor also threw some mud, noting that she faced criminal charges for cyberstalking and sexual harassment.

“Phase Two really isn’t that different from what Florida’s done already … basically about opening up bars and some of those things.”

But at least in Florida, says the Governor, it doesn’t kill them.
