Best new chef you oughta know: Jason Kingsley

Kingsley masterminded one of the greatest meat-free menus around at Meze 119. This year, he wanted to get back to classic American food. His menu at Boundary is filled with well-done staples like perfectly tender racks of ribs, but it’s flush with vegetarian options as well. Kingsley was schooled in the steamy (and competitive) kitchens of New York, instilling in him a serious concentration and dedication to his craft.
