Kurt Cuccaro, co-owner of St. Petersburg’s treasured Mazzaro’s Italian Market, developed his Beach Drive wine bar as a neighborhood stomping ground, teaming up with general manager Justin Chamoun, former owner of the St. Pete Brasserie. Annata features specialty cheese ’n meat finds on charcuterie and cheese plates (already acclaimed by some diners as the best charcuterie in town), as well as tapas and bar snacks that aren’t specific to any type of cuisine. The rustic yet modern wine bar carries about 40 wines by the glass and 70 bottle offerings.
