It’s orange. From the carrot juice probably (not V8 as far as we know). Anise Global Gastrobar’s Wascally Wabbit — the juice, Bombay Sapphire gin, agave (organic!) and lime — served in a Collins glass over crushed ice and garnished with mint is the perfect reason to get drunk drinking your vegetables. Probably not great in excess, but it feels just fine to me. —Ray Roa
