I’ve written about these guys and their quiche in my #BecauseGluten column, but they definitely deserve an award for this cake (and, well, all their food, really). One of the delights of Craft Kafé is that 90 percent of the time you can’t tell the food is gluten-free, since the crew does an excellent job milling their own “flour.” The rolo cake is something I’m sad and happy they don’t make more often; sad because it’s yummy, and happy because I don’t have the budget to keep buying larger clothes. The quiche, however, is there every day, and I have no qualms about scarfing it down. In fact, excuse me while I go get some right now... —Cathy Salustri
