With so many places to eat in Seminole Heights, I can’t help but feel like this red-and-black-clad, blink-and-you-miss-it eatery gets overlooked. However, the all-flavor and no-hype it serves up demands your attention. Chop Chop Shop might not have a table-service dining experience like some of its neighbors, but here, the crew’s game is hot, fresh and fast — and second to none. —Chris Fasick
