BEST PLACE TO BUY HONEY IN BULK
Earth Fare

This new grocer takes buying bulk to a new level, so much so that it’s worth the drive to Seminole (and one’s opening in Oldsmar soon). I already buy spices in bulk, but Earth Fare has the best selection in the area — including honey and olive oil, items not often found this way. Plus, the place has a Boot List of “bad” ingredients; buy the Earth Fare brand and it won’t contain any of those said ingredients. Yes, it’s a chain, which is something I hesitate to support, but it’s a small chain. And, hey, the more grocery stores who embrace bulk buying, less packaging and eschew fake ingredients in food, the cheaper it is for all of us to live that way. —Cathy Salustri
