It seems the TPD has gotten a little fuzzy on certain aspects of the Constitution like “the right of the people peaceably to assemble” by arresting, tear-gassing and sometimes injuring protestors. In comes Tampa Dream Defenders’ Bailout Hotline. Thanks to donations, it helps bail out people arrested during protests.
