3 Dot Dash Vegan Kitchen invades Tampa's Ybor City neighborhood for its biggest pop-up event yet: The Vegan Underground Takeover.
In the process of building a brick-and-mortar location inside Seminole Heights' Jug & Bottle Dept. — which is set to debut sometime over the summer — the minds behind 3 Dot Dash plan to present a vegan-friendly brunch menu at The Bricks on Saturday, including some new dishes they've been working on since the last pop-up.
Guests can choose between three items from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: All Hail West Texas (glazed seitan ribs, Commune + Co. Coffee Cola barbecue sauce and dill pickle on Jamison B. Breadhouse Bakes bun with a side of Southern-style potato salad); South Philly (shaved rosemary and garlic seitan, roasted eggplant "cheese" sauce and sautéed broccoli rabe on a Jamison B. bun with a side of pesto and tomato pasta salad); or The Ampersandwich (tofu scramble, crispy tempeh bacon, sage and fennel sausage gravy on a Jamison B. bun with a side of watermelon salad).
They're also invited to pair their meals with a cocktail or two — think Cuba Libres and loaded Bloody Marias — while enjoying all the tune spinage from the Crate Brothers.
