This week, Bamboozle’s Channelside location has reopened to the public after a remodel and thorough cleaning. According to the restaurant’s newsletter, the joint known for Vietnamese fare is operating as takeout only.
The menu includes fresh rolls from veggie and tofu to shrimp and pork. The ahi tuna roll is filled with jicama, pineapple, red bell pepper, and mint served with a citrus vinaigrette. Customers can also grab pho soups (beef, chicken or vegan), salads as well as bahn mis.
And don't forget your boba smoothies, y'all.

Bamboozle’s Channelside storefront is located at 109 N. 12 St., operating at normal hours 11:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Mon.-Sat. and 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Sun.
