Tampa has a new Winn-Dixie-shaped Aldi—the latest in the grocery franchise’s quest to convert 220 Winn-Dixies and Harveys Supermarkets to Aldis by 2027.

Located at 8438 N Armenia Ave., the new store will be Tampa’s second converted Aldi, occupying half of the former Winn-Dixie building.

For its opening day on Thursday, March 12, the store’s first 200 customers will receive a gift bag of Aldi-exclusive products and entry to a giveaway for a chance to win a $500 Aldi gift card.

Tampa’s first converted location in Hyde Park opened last April. A planned Ybor location is still operating as a Winn-Dixie.

St. Petersburg got its first Winn-Dixie conversion last October, and opened another earlier this year at 11100 4th St N.
