Spencer is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, and has traveled around the nation with her culinary ventures. Most recently, Spencer took a trip to Hawaii, and ended up wanting to bring a taste of authentic Hawaiian cuisine back to Tampa Bay.
Aloha Ansley serves up Hawaiian fusion-based offerings including poke bowls, Da Hui tacos, and Oahi sliders made up of three Hawaiian rolls loaded up with slow-cooked shredded chicken breast, Hawaiian vinegar-based slaw and homemade barbecue sauce. Menu items range from $5.95-$9.95.There is a limited wine and beer menu offered as well as a selection of sorbets for dessert. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.
Hours for the restaurant are Tuesday through Thursday 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Friday through Sunday 11 a.m.-10 p.m., and closed on Monday.
