A St. Petersburg transplant becomes Brandon's latest destination for inventive dishes and specialty cocktails next week. Yep, The Mill, whose flagship premiered to the Bay area two years ago, has revealed its opening date at 109 W. Bloomingdale Ave. as 4 p.m. Aug. 15.
The restaurant's hours are 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
According to Jason Griffin, a managing partner alongside chef Ted Dorsey, The Mill embraces a come-as-you-are policy, and the Brandon location is no different. Their new 4,000-square foot restaurant features a daily happy hour and a menu for kids, with 180 seats inside and out.
"I think Brandon is a burgeoning area," said Jason Levine, MD, an investor in The Mill Brandon, in a statement, "and a place like The Mill will fit in quite well."
