
This combination of craft brewery and gastropub from downtown Largo's Barley Mow Brewing Company and Out of the Pot catering plans to introduce its "upscale craft kitchen" to Largo.
Barley Mow owners Jay and Colleen Dingman and local chefs Ashley and Allan Fernandez from Out of the Pot have joined forces on The Raven, specializing in beer-infused seasonal plates, craft cocktails and one-off, chef-inspired brews. The new eatery is set to open with 18 taps of Barley Mow beer in welcoming digs at 2535 E. Bay Drive.
Expect food offerings like bulgogi tacos, roasted cauliflower grilled cheese, fried olives and house-made ice cream sandwiches.
The Raven will operate in soft-opening mode with a limited menu starting at 4 p.m. Dec. 5, followed by a grand opening celebration Dec. 16.
