Fork Fight 2015 — which will take place Thursday, May 21, at Tampa's Marriott Waterside hotel — boasts a lineup of chefs from some of the area's top restaurants, including Cafe Ponte, 400 Beach Seafood & Tap House, Haven and Pearl in the Grove, to help raise money and awareness for Feeding America Tampa Bay.

An annual gathering of gourmet cuisine, wine pairings and craft beer, the fundraiser's proceeds will go toward providing 1.5 million meals to local residents.

"Hunger is a 24/7/365 issue for 700,000 of our neighbors right here in Tampa Bay," said Thomas Mantz, executive director of Feeding America Tampa Bay.

Prior to the main event (a stellar dinner service), a cocktail reception with live music, auctions, VIP photos and a wine lottery will accompany hors d'oeuvres from Mise en Place and Vizcaya Restaurante, as well as brews from Pair O' Dice Brewing Co. and Six Ten Brewing.

Dishes from the chefs at Cru Cellars, Parkshore Grill, The Vinoy Renaissance and Tampa Marriott will also be featured.
