BellaBrava restaurant partners revealed details of their latest eatery, Stillwaters Tavern, Thursday. The downtown St. Pete spot's scheduled to open in spring 2015.
Housed at 224 Beach Drive, in the old Bruce Watters Jewelers space, the 4,600-square-foot Stillwaters will accommodate 260 inside and out, according to a news release.
Twenty beers on tap and a full bar, as well as draft and bottled wines, will be among the "modern American" tavern's other features.
Although specifics on the eats haven't been released, the joint will feature pub-style fare inspired by executive chef Jeffrey Jew's travels. His culinary pedigree includes work in Washington, D.C., Italy and London kitchens.
The group's new something-for-everyone project will offer the city a "unique experience," Jew said in the release.
Demolition on Stillwaters' building is underway. After the reimagined restaurant's complete, textures like brick, concrete and subway tile will furnish its interior, while the outside showcases black-rimmed glass windows and wood accents.
Alongside the tavern announcement, the partners formed 2B Hospitality, composed of Jew, Robert Sanderson, Dyce Craig and Lee Karlins.
