Big Storm’s Pasco Taproom is welcoming a new kitchen in mid-July and is ready to serve up dishes with locally sourced ingredients to go with their signature brews.

This location of Big Storm serves as Pasco County’s first craft brewery, located at 2330 Success Drive in Odessa.

“Pasco County is where it all began for us, so it feels great to invest even more in the county we love. It’s our spot for testing and developing new concepts, and we’re just getting started,” Mike Bishop, Big Storm founder, said in a recent statement.

The new menu offers up fresh bites like an avocado chicken chop salad with a house-made key lime shandy dressing. Even some bar classics like nachos drenched in house-made beer cheese, and New York-style hot dogs, made the menu.
