Engine Rose, the second St. Petersburg restaurant under owner Jason Esposito's Engine No. 9 brand, revealed its limited menu Wednesday.

There are burgers and sandwiches, salads, starters and sides, with offerings like pork wings (fried pork shanks), bison chili, skillet corn, a conch salad and a fried bologna patty melt on rye.

The indoor-outdoor restaurant in the Grand Central District is serving takeout-only orders until full service kicks off Wednesday, Dec. 17.

A bacon cheeseburger, the One Bad Pig with garlic pork and the red wine barbecue sauce-topped Wine-O are a few of the burgers carried over from Engine No. 9.

Though the two eateries have some overlap when it comes to the food, Esposito told CL in October that they won't bump heads. They offer different dining experiences.

Engine Rose is open from 4 to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
