The much anticipated reopening of Caledon Concepts’ Ceviche is coming to its new home soon.
Though the exact date is still being kept under wraps, what we do know is the tapas bar is bringing a newly-remodeled interior and exterior, along with a wine tasting room and different menu. Don’t worry, though, they’ll still have live music and room to dance.
The bar was set to open back in March, but has been continuously pushed off (no explanation has been given). A hiring post from June 21 were the last details given, along with responses to eager users’ comments saying the reopening is coming soon.
Ceviche is replacing The Moon Under Water at 332 Beach Dr., which closed up back in February. The British pub is set to reopen at some point, but specific details haven’t been revealed. The restaurant group owns both bars, along with Rococo Steak, three beloved St. Pete staples.
The previous Ceviche location was known for its selection of tapas like baba ganoush, patatas bravas and ceviche. It was also great for visitors looking for happy hour. It featured daily deals on bar bites and sips ranging from $5-$7.
