Chef Rene Valenzuela, best known for his popular (and Best of the Bay award-winning) Mexican eateries, the Taco Bus and Taqueria Monterrey, will be cooking up some upscale south of the border cuisine at an upcoming Chefs on the Loose event. He will be preparing a five-course dinner accompanied by wine pairings.
Local wine educator and consultant Taylor Eason will be joining Valenzuela to present and discuss the wine pairings for each course.
