Pair O' Dice Brewing Company unleashes a tap list of Barrel-Aged and Cellar Beer Releases at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16.
Variations of the Clearwater brewery's Pit Boss (triple IPA aged for 10 months in an Elijah Craig bourbon barrel) and Thin White Line (imperial white milk stout aged for nine months in a Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel) are showcased, alongside rare selections like the 2014 Hobo's Delight (imperial robust porter) and 2015 Up Hops the Devil (American barleywine-style ale).
In between sips, patrons have the opportunity to fill up on St. Petersburg gastrotruck Anju's KFC — that's Korean fried chicken.
And just in case they wanna take some of the Pair O' Dice goodness home, 32-ounce growlers are on hand for the cellar beers, while the barrel-aged beers can be purchased in $20 bottles.
