Tampa Bay has no shortage of weekend food and drink events, but do check out this quick guide to five CL favorites.

• A pair of seafood-driven smorgasbords have a long weekend planned on the beach now through Sunday. You ready? The 37th Annual John’s Pass Seafood & Music Festival brings everything from lobster rolls to sushi burritos, nonstop live performances and hundreds of craft vendors and local businesses to the iconic village and boardwalk, while Florida stone crab claws at wholesale prices mingle with food and drink specials during Cooters Restaurant and Bar's 25th Annual Crab Fest. Free, money for food and drinks. John’s Pass: 12901 Gulf Blvd., Madeira Beach. Cooters: 423 Poinsettia Ave., Clearwater Beach.

• On Saturday, go get a beer that's hard to find anywhere else at Brū Florida Growler Bar. Growlerween — hosted from noon to 6 p.m. — serves as the first anniversary celebration for the neighborhood hangout, where a special list of suds from breweries all over the state awaits. An hourly raffle of beer prizes, free pumpkin painting for kids and the Got Lobstah food truck are also among the highlights. There's no shame in taking a 64-ounce fill of something home with you to keep the party going. Free, money for beer and food. 8729 Gunn Highway, Odessa. 813-328-4721.

• Brasserie Saint Somewhere is getting Farmhouse As F#&K. Between noon and 11 p.m. Saturday, this bottle release launches the collaboration beer Saint Somewhere Brewing Company brewed earlier this year with 24 of the best farmhouse brewers in the country during Tampa Bay Beer Week. There isn't a limit to how many 375-milliliter corked and caged bottles of the farmhouse ale can be purchased at a time, either. Free, money for beer. 312 E. Tarpon Ave., Tarpon Springs. 727-935-5988.

• A third Saturday get-together, Haunted Mansion, allows Ciro's Speakeasy and Supper Club to creep it real. The inaugural Halloween bash transforms the stylish cocktail bar into an even darker destination for Halloween-themed drinks and a costume contest from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m., plus otherworldly surprises we’re sure. The password, after all, is "bewitched." No cover. 2109 Bayshore Blvd., Tampa. 813-251-0022.

• This time around, Sip & Stroll spotlights Halloween-inspired beverages and bites across the EDGE District. Walk to nearly two dozen of the popular neighborhood's restaurants, bars and other businesses for some complimentary treats — and a helping of spooktacular specials — on Sunday. Sip & Stroll check-in at the welcome area begins as early as 11:45 a.m. Proceeds support the EDGE District Main Street improvement projects. Find tickets online$15 in advance, $20 day of (cash only). West side of 900 Central Ave., St. Petersburg.
