Caffeine and Drama Burger have teamed up to create a little something for those who've ever wondered what coffee would taste like inside a burger (haven't we all?).
Specializing in house-smoked pastrami that's prepared over a nine-day period, South Tampa's Lithuanian burger joint doesn't mind putting time into artisanal menu items. The Coffee Burger, Drama Burger's collaborative creation with downtown Tampa-based Caffeine, is no different.
The buzzed-up burger calls for the coffee shop's cold drip (a concentrate of Guatemala Zacapa single-origin coffee that takes 12 hours to produce), which is used to make the barbecue sauce, marinate the beef and caramelize the onions.
Add smoked Cheddar, spinach and homemade mayo, then viola! It all comes together on a fresh brioche bun.
Drama Burger is set to feature the Coffee Burger through the end of July.
