The Pearl, a mixed-use development located across the street from Armature Works in Tampa Heights—will soon become Tampa Bay’s hub for warm cookies when Tiff’s Treats opens this spring.

The cookie-centric storefront is coming to 2121 N Massachusetts Ave., and is slated to celebrate its grand opening by late April, according to folks at The Pearl. In addition to its 10 signature cookies, Tiff’s Treats also sells fresh brownies, as well as ice cream sandwiches for in-store pick up.

Tiff’s Treats will only charge a $5 delivery fee for folks inside of its designated zone—the greater Tampa Heights area—and $15 for a delivery in the extended courier zone. When the new cookie delivery service opens, you can use this tool on its website to see where you’re zoned.

The flavors of its signature warm cookies include chocolate chip, sugar, Snickerdoodle, chocolate chip pecan, peanut butter, white chip almond and oatmeal raisin. And as expected, Tiff’s Treats will also deliver milk to accompany your cookies. You can browse the entire menu on its website.

Tiff’s Treats has more than 70 storefronts throughout the southeastern U.S., with a bulk of its locations in Texas. This will be Tiff Treat’s very first Florida location, with our closest neighbors residing in Atlanta, Georgia.

Most of its locations are open from 9 a.m.-10 p.m., but only time will tell if Tiff’s Treats’ Tampa Heights location will follow those operating hours.
