
After cooking yet another recipe yielding five servings, I decided it was time to explore the alternative of cooking for one. It seemed challenging at first, but was easier than I anticipated, thanks to the vast amount of single-serving foods available at the local supermarkets. It was more beneficial for me to learn how to cook and snack for one, instead of becoming dependent on leftovers or takeout food.
