Coppertail Brewing opens temporary tasting room

The Ybor City brewery will serve its brews Wednesday through Sunday.

The Coppertail brewery's been in the works since last year.

Exciting craft beer geeks across the region, Coppertail Brewing Co. opened the doors of its temporary tasting room Wednesday.

For now, the Ybor City brewery at 2601 E. Second Ave. will pour its suds from 3:30 to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

Imbibers on the other side of the bay will have a chance to sample Coppertail's brews for free Thursday night at the St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club. More details on the event are below.
