Some diners have no problem spending a significant amount of money on food or drinks in exchange for a top-notch experience while eating out. But what about those who do?

Tampa's Council Oak Steaks & Seafood — which is located inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and also features a now smoke-free lounge for nightly entertainment — has introduced a new menu meant for guests who'd like to stop by the fine-dining restaurant for a meal, but also take it easy on their wallets.

Known as the Chef's Trio, the lineup offers chopped romaine salad (red onion, grilled corn, bacon, blue cheese, dried cranberries, candied walnut, creamy white balsamic dressing); one of Council Oak's prime steaks, an 8-ounce filet mignon; and tuxedo cheesecake (fudge brownie, New York-style cheesecake, chocolate mousse) for $59 per person.

The Trio is available anytime between 5 and 7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
