Seafood seems to be a theme in this week's openings roundup. Tampa Bay just can't get enough of it. Along with new seafood joints, we can also expect Tampa's very first indoor/outdoor dog bar to debut by the end of the year. Gulfport will also reveal its smallest business, a novelty ice cream window which will also offer up gourmet dog frozen treats this month.

Big Ray’s Fish Camp  The second location of the fish shack will be offering the same menu as the OG location on Ballast Point. Get your grouper sandwich without the commute. 333 Franklin St. S., Tampa.

Chai Mixology The new fast-casual concept is serving up a variety of boba tea and poke bowls. 1106 Central Ave., St. Pete

Cousins Maine Lobster Get ready for bites that offer up a true Maine seafood experience, by sourcing 100% premium, wild-caught, sustainably harvested lobster from Maine. Menu items include rolls, sandwiches, salads, tacos and chowders. 309 Coronado Dr., Clearwater.

Fork & Gallina The menu is focusing on a fusion of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Expect house-made sauces, pastas and pizzas from Hall on Franklin’s new resident. 701 N. Franklin St, Tampa.

Tropez The new small plate concept has an extensive menu is packed with appetizers like smoked mahi-mahi tacos, watermelon yellowfin tuna and St. Pete cheese curds. 437 Central Ave., St. Pete.

Cru Cellars The wine shop and restaurant will join in on the new food scene that is under construction at the Westshore Marina District. This location will be serving up a lunch menu, coffee and pastries to go as well as their typical cheeseboards and globally-sourced wine selection. Expect pours and boards in early 2020.

Let It Be Ice Cream Arguably the soon-to-be smallest business in Gulfport will be serving up novelty ice creams out of a service window attached to Stacey Purcell's Gulfport Realty office. The opening date is scheduled for the end of the month. 2902 Beach Blvd., Gulfport.

Mr. and Mrs. Crab Debuting in 2020, the seafood joint allows customers to create their own seafood combinations with their choice of spice level and unique sauce — which is all served up in a plastic steam bag that helps retain the flavors. Sunset Point 19, Clearwater.

Two Shepherds Taproom Opening by the end of 2019, the indoor/outdoor dog park will be the first dog bar in Tampa. Brews, off-leash pup fun and food trucks is set to become your new hang out. 4813 N. Grady Ave., Tampa.
