The Peach Cobbler Factory boasts of homemade, old-fashioned desserts, “just like our moms, grandmothers, aunts and neighbors have always made," and Tampa gets a taste of when its first Florida location opens early next year.

According to, Tampa's Peach Cobbler Factory location will be operated by the Timmur Corporation. The corporation itself is located at 15241 N Dale Mabry Hwy., but there is no official location for the new dessert spot yet. Its Instagram page states that lease negotiations are underway, and that it will update its future patrons with any further details.

Alongside different types of cobbler, the new location will also offer other sweet treats like banana pudding, cinnamon rolls and ice cream. Although we can’t expect the Peach Cobbler Factory to open until spring of 2022, its Facebook has a full menu of expected goodies—including unique cobbler flavors like sweet potato pecan, cinnamon peach praline, apple walnut raisin and blackberry peach.

The new dessert cafe will also be available for catering and delivery via third party services like Uber Eats.

There are a whopping 25 other Peach Cobbler Factory locations coming soon in cities across the southeast and midwest, like in Savannah ,Chattanooga, Louisville, Cincinnati and New Orleans, alongside Tampa’s upcoming store.

Keep up with further developments by following Tampa’s Peach Cobbler Factory Facebook and Instagram pages.
