Berry season is on its way out in most parts of the country and many of you have probably done just about everything you can (culinarily-speaking) with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. But have you considered preserving and extracting their sweet, fruity goodness into booze? Infusing vodka is a great way to use up the last of the season's bounty of these fruits and saves one from having to spend a ton on one of those overpriced, high-end vodkas (or really rank tasting bottom shelf ones) with artificial fruit flavorings.
