It's no secret Pizza <3's Beer. And something tells me that's why Fabrica Woodfired Pizza and Coppertail Brewing Co. is set to showcase life's ultimate food and beverage union during their upcoming four-course pairing event.

The Tampa beer and tasting dinner, held at Fabrica's Channel District restaurant digs, will kick off with a cocktail hour, where guests will sip a complimentary Independent Pilsner from Coppertail.

Then, they'll feast on two appetizers, wood-fired roasted cauliflower (paired with the Unholy Trippel) and oven-roasted beef and pork meatballs (Free Dive IPA), followed by a white pizza featuring fresh mozz, smoked provolone, shiitake mushrooms, oven-roasted pork belly and chives (Wheat Stroke American Wheat). For dessert, affogato with vanilla gelato and the Night Swim Porter are planned.

Tickets for the limited-seating event should be reserved by phone or in person.
