The International Plaza restaurant for Doc B's Fresh Kitchen and Bradenton's Motorworks Brewing released a new beer collaboration last week.
Their limited-release brew, Sunshine Suzi, is a coconut and eucalyptus hefeweizen whose tropical flavors are inspired by Florida. Named after the Sunshine State and Doc B's Tampa general manager and beverage director Dustin Durrenberger's wife, Suzi, the beer will remain on tap at the restaurant until its four-and-a-half barrels are gone.
During regular hours, a 16-ounce pour of Sunshine Suzi costs $9. But patrons who stop in during happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday through Friday will score the hefeweizen for $3.
