When it comes to breweries, Dunedin is a mecca. Last week, the bustling town welcomed its very first craft cocktail bar, Sonder Social Club.
In soft opening stages, Sonder is serving up both signature and classic craft cocktails in downtown Dunedin at 966 Douglas Ave.
Some creations include the Coconut Washed Boulevardier and Rhum with a Vieux made up of Appleton Rum V/X, Darvelle brandy, Clement select barrell, coffee, Benedictine, Spanish bitters, along with a selection of wine and beer.
Sonder also serves up bar snacks like a braised short rib bao bun, and white truffle cauliflower pizza as well as other bites to pair with handcrafted libations.
For those who are looking to switch it up from their brewery crawl, or looking for a new date night destination, Sonder is catering to the nightcap crowd. Hours for the craft cocktail concept are Sunday through Thursday 4 p.m.-midnight, Friday and Saturday 4 p.m.-2 a.m.
The bar will host a grand opening in late August.
More details to come as the grand opening event date approaches.
